Publishing & Creative Strategist
Rotenda Gavhi is the Founder and Managing Director of Bono Lashu. She is a multi-creative professional with expertise in publishing, writing, editing, design, business strategy, and coaching. Rotenda is an author, academic and literary coach, broadcaster, and specialist book cover and layout designer with over a decade of experience. She holds a BCom in Financial Accountancy and is a notable qualified Moderator and Assessor. At Bono Lashu, she leads consultations and guides authors and organisations through the full publishing journey, working across publishing services, branding and design, and project management
Jurgen Namupira

Financial Manager
Mukovhe Nemubvumoni is the Financial Manager and Senior Business Consultant at Bono Lashu, overseeing financial operations and leading the business consulting division. She has over seven years of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial analysis, and team leadership. Her expertise includes company registration, compliance, business plans, tender applications, funding proposals, and growth strategies. Mukovhe specialises in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and strategic planning. She works closely with clients to build compliant, sustainable, and growth-focused businesses, providing practical and results-driven solutions tailored to the African market.
